As previously reported, Mas Lucha reported this week that Gran Metalik has requested to be released by WWE. It is not known if this request will be granted, but there is another member of the Lucha House Party who is also unhappy.
PWInsider reports that Metalik and Lince Dorado have been seen on several TV recordings waiting to speak to management to express their displeasure with how they have been used or not in their shows. It is not known if Dorado has requested to be released.
When Kalisto was with the group, he also expressed his displeasure at not being used. On the rare occasions that Lucha House Party was used, they were often positioned as undercard guys who were meant to replace other wrestlers.
Metalik previously wrestled in Mexico and Japan before signing with WWE. Dorado previously wrestled for Chikara and various independent promotions before signing with WWE in 2016.
