CHICAGO (UKTN) – Two people were taken to hospital on Wednesday afternoon when a car struck a private ambulance in the Washington Park neighborhood.
At 4:30 p.m., a Chevrolet was heading north on Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Drive when it struck the ambulance, which was heading east on Garfield Boulevard.
The two men in the Chevrolet were taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center with non-fatal injuries.
No tickets were issued, police said.
