Multi-billionaire media mogul Rupert Murdoch is to divorce – after just six years.
Murdoch, who owns The Sun and The Times newspapers and Talk TV in the UK, married former model partner Jerry Hall in 2016.
This is the 91-year-old man’s fourth failed marriage.

According to The Mirror, Bryce Tom, a spokesperson for Murdoch, declined to comment on the reports while Ms Hall’s agent did not respond to inquiries.
The owner of US outlets UKTN News and the Wall Street Journal is valued at around £14.5billion, has six children, including daughter Prudence MacLeod – whom he had with his first wife Patricia Booker – and his daughter Elisabeth and sons Lachlan and James with his second wife Anna Mann.
He has two other daughters by third wife Wendi Deng called Chloe and Grace.

Details of Murdoch and Hall’s divorce are not yet known, however, the couple do not share any children together, nor is it known if there was a prenuptial agreement made prior to their marriage.
To celebrate their wedding in central London, Murdoch tweeted: “I am the luckiest and happiest man in the world”.
It was the same year that Murdoch launched an £11.7billion bid for TV company Sky.

Murdoch’s latest UK media venture was due to launch TalkTV earlier this year.
He brought in Piers Morgan as the big name draw, but things didn’t quite go to plan as Stanley Johnson walked off his show during a row over the Prime Minister’s son of Stanley, Boris Johnson.
The Prime Minister’s father appeared on Piers Morgan’s Uncensored TalkTV show on Tuesday night (June 14) but the interview got worse.

The former Good Morning Britain host told Stanley about his son Prime Minister Boris, but Stanley ended up calling Piers a ‘cheater’ and claimed the broadcaster had ‘tricked’ him into it.
Stanley defended his son’s actions during the Partygate scandal and told Piers he was confident Boris would still be prime minister two years from now.
