China kindergarten stabbing: three killed and six injured in Jiangxi school attack



Police said three people were killed and six others injured in a knife attack on a kindergarten in China’s southeastern Jianxi province on Wednesday.

A 48-year-old “gangster” in a cap and mask stormed the private kindergarten in Anfu province, officials reported on China’s Twitter-like platform Weibo.

After entering, the suspect, who has been identified by police as Liu Mouhui, stabbed and killed at least three people. The age of the victim has not yet been confirmed.

The suspect is free after escaping the scene.

“The public security services are doing everything they can to track down the suspect,” the police said.
