The Indian Premier League (IPL) sees top-level action between the best in the business, but also showcases the camaraderie and friendship between players from different sides. The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) may have lost to Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Sunday, but that didn’t stop their players from catching up after the game. RCB spinner Yuzvendra Chahal took to social media on Monday to share a photo with MS Dhoni, who he played with for India. “The best time is to get together,” the cunning leg spinner captioned, adding a hug emoji.

In the photo, the two can be seen chatting just outside the boundary ropes.

CSK also shared photos of players from both teams catching up.

“Love for the game is always the winner,” they captioned the photo.

They also shared a photo of the two captains catching up with each other.

The match at Wankhede between CSK and RCB was dominated by one man – Ravindra Jadeja. He crushed Harshal Patel for 37 points in the CSK round final, with 36 coming out of bat and one without a ball. He finished with 62 deliveries out of 28.

Jadeja then ended any hope of a rebirth for RCB by taking three wickets, including their mid-tier stalwarts Glenn Maxwell and AB de Villiers.

If that wasn’t enough, he was also on target with a direct hit to chase Dan Christian away.

CSK will then face SunRisers Hyderabad in Delhi, while RCB will face the capitals from Delhi to Ahmedabad on their next assignment.
