Femi Fani-Kayode, a former aviation minister, warned on Monday that the murder of Yoruba freedom fighters Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, would lead to chaos in Nigeria.
Fani-Kayode issued the warning shortly after the Nigerian military attacked Igboho’s residence.
DAILY POST previously reported that soldiers attacked Igboho’s home in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo state, around 2 a.m. on Monday.
Igboho spokesman Olayomi Koiki revealed that the attack was carried out by the Nigerian government and with the support of the state government.
He said: “Chief Sunday Igboho’s house was attacked this morning, April 26, 2021 around 2 am with heavy gunfire. I will post more updates later in the morning. “
Reacting, Fani-Kayode, in a tweet via his Twitter handle, insisted that Igboho, who has been at the forefront of the call for secession from the Republic of Oduduwa, does not fear it. any.
