The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) logo has been slightly changed with the lion now wearing a mask. The RCB led by Virat Kohli published a special tweet on Monday, asking fans to “ hide ” in the wake of the increase in COVID-19 cases in the country. In the post, RCB shared their logo on Twitter, but after tweaking it slightly, the lion in the Bangalore-based outfit’s logo wears a mask. RCB took the opportunity to educate fans about the importance of wearing a mask, while going out in these difficult times.

Earlier on Sunday, RCB announced that the team would wear a special blue jersey in one of their next matches of the cash-rich league’s current season to honor frontline workers who battle day and night against the coronavirus pandemic.

RCB announced by sharing a video of Kohli, where he said he would auction the jerseys of the game’s signed players in order to raise funds for India’s health infrastructure.
