The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) logo has been slightly changed with the lion now wearing a mask. The RCB led by Virat Kohli published a special tweet on Monday, asking fans to “ hide ” in the wake of the increase in COVID-19 cases in the country. In the post, RCB shared their logo on Twitter, but after tweaking it slightly, the lion in the Bangalore-based outfit’s logo wears a mask. RCB took the opportunity to educate fans about the importance of wearing a mask, while going out in these difficult times.
“Before you go ‘why is the lion wearing a mask?’, It’s just our way of saying, ‘no matter who you are, mask yourself when you leave your house!’ We will make this our DP on all SM platforms until the end of # IPL2021. Stay safe, save lives because it’s # 1Team1Fight against Covid, ”RCB wrote in the caption area.
