InterGlobe Aviation shares gained more than 1% on BSE as part of fundraising projects through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue. At 2:40 p.m., shares of InterGlobe Aviation were trading at Rs 1,649, up 1.66 percent, on BSE.
A meeting of the company’s board of directors is scheduled for May 7, 2021 to review and approve the fundraising by issuing equity shares through the placement of qualified institutions, InterGlobe Aviation said in a regulatory filing on stock exchanges after market hours Tuesday. May 4, 2021.
