Megan Thee Stallion featured the results of her grueling workout in a new Nike ad chronicling her fitness journey.
The video shows Megan, 26, ignoring naysayers telling her that she is not a real athlete despite her workout routine which sees her training five times a day and performing in front of an audience of 50,000 people.
Megan showed off her slimmer body at the gym as she rode through a thunderstorm, weightlifted in the desert, and participated in a 12-hour dance rehearsal.

“It’s you Megan Thee Stallion aka the Hot Girl Coach and I know this all sounds so easy, but it didn’t happen overnight,” Megan said on camera. “Before I became Thee Stallion, I was a young girl in Houston just trying to find her way.”
The singer recalled hearing the opinions of others in her hometown, advising her to take up basketball, volleyball and track and field. But none of them were in good shape.
“I tried them all, but they just weren’t for me. I knew I had to find my passion and do what made me happy.

Reflecting on her fitness journey, the singer told Nike, “I love my body, first of all. It’s number one. I’m curvy, I’m fat, I’m tall. But I really want to. make sure I stay healthy, mentally and physically.
