Paris Hilton is on the hunt for her furry companion.
In a sincere plea on Instagram, the DJ announced on Monday that she is looking for her four-legged friend Diamond Baby, who went missing last week.
“This is so incredibly hard for me to post because I’m out of words,” Hilton wrote at a ” Instagram post. “I was at a photo shoot and we are moving and one of the movers must have left a door open. My family and friends have helped me search the whole neighborhood high and low and have gone door to door, but we still haven’t found her.”
The podcast host of “This Is Paris” said she’s “doing everything in my power” to get Diamond Baby back, including hiring a “pet detective, a dog whisperer, a psychic pet” and even rthe search for “dog-finding drones” that can help locate the dog.
She told fans she was “in tears” and “so sad and depressed” without her precious pet.
“Anyone who has ever loved a pet and lost a pet understands the pain I feel,” Hilton wrote. “My heart is broken, I’ve been in tears, so sad and depressed. I feel like a part of me is missing and nothing is the same without her here. Diamond Baby is my everything, really like a daughter to me. We were inseparable, she was my best friend and always by my side.”
She added that she was initially reluctant to disclose that the dog was missing “because” people can be cruel and I am concerned for her safety.”
“But I’m desperate and the more time that passes, the further away I feel from the chance of getting her back,” she continued.
Hilton has added an email address where people can submit tips about her pet’s whereabouts. She also stated that she is offering a “NO questions” reward for the dog’s safe return.
Known as an animal lover, Hilton has a collection of furry companions she affectionately calls the “Hilton Pets.”
In 2009, she reportedly showed the magnitude of her love for the man’s best friend by purchasing a lavish dog house — complete with a balcony, air conditioning, and chandelier — for a whopping $325,000.
