Realme Buds Air 2 Neo TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earphones have been launched in Pakistan. According to the company, the headphones provide a total of 28 hours of playtime on a single charge. The headphones are equipped with dual mic noise cancellation for crisp, clear calls, active noise cancellation (ANC), as well as a transparency mode that helps users listen to environmental sound clearly without remove the headphones. The headphones can be connected to the Realme Link app which allows users to configure touch functions to control their functionality.

Realme Buds Air 2 Neo are expensive at PKR 7,999 (around Rs 3,800), and are currently available at an introductory price of Rs. 5,999 (around Rs. 2,900). The company has only announced when the launch period is expected to last. Realme offers the TWS earphones in Active Black and Calm Gray color options. Realme did not provide any details about the earphones’ debut in global markets.

Specifications of Realme Buds Air 2 Neo

The Realme Buds Air 2 Neo TWS earphones are equipped with a 10mm Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) bass boost speaker as well as a Bass Boost + algorithm which is supposed to deliver deep bass and a clear stereo sound. One of the most heralded features of the headphones is the ANC which is said to reduce surrounding noise by up to 25dB. There is a transparency mode that allows the user to hear the chatter around them without removing the headphones.

The Realme Buds Air 2 Neo TWS earphones are equipped with an R2 chip for ultra-low power consumption and stable connectivity. There is a dual mic configuration supported by the Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) algorithm to greatly reduce surrounding noise for clear communication during calls. Additionally, the headphones are said to provide as low as 88ms latency when gaming mode is on. The company claims that both headphones transmit sound at the same time, which reduces latency and delay.

Realme claims the Air 2 Neo Buds offer a total of 28 hours of playtime with ANC off and up to 20 hours of runtime with ANC on. The headphones would offer 5 hours of playback with ANC on and 7 hours with ANC off. Realme says the headphones can be fully charged in 2 hours with the charging case via the USB Type-C charging port. According to the company, a 10-minute quick charge can deliver up to 3 hours of playtime with the charging case.

The headphones are IPX5 certified for water resistance. Each earbud has on-ear touch controls that can be used to control volume, music, and calls. Touch controls can be customized from the Realme Link app. Touch controls can be used to turn noise reduction on / off, enter / exit game mode, control EQ settings, etc. In terms of connectivity, the Realme Buds Air 2 Neo TWS earphones support Bluetooth 5.2.
