Sarah Harris made a very glamorous arrival at the Logie Awards on Sunday night.

The 40-year-old Studio 10 host showed off her very neat physique in a waist-cinched gold Velani dress as she showed off her best angles on the red carpet.

Sarah also had an Angelina Jolie moment with her dress featuring a very daring thigh-high slit.

The reporter upped her height with plexiglass heels and added statement jewelry.

Her shoulder-length blonde locks were styled to perfection and she opted for glamorous makeup, including kohl-lined eyes and bold lipstick.

Sarah, who shares two young sons with ex-husband Tom Ward, revealed her health and fitness secrets in an interview with Who magazine last year.

The TV star said she starts her day at five in the morning with a double coffee followed by a few peanut butter protein balls for breakfast.

During Studio 10, Sarah sips hot water with lemon and ginger.

Lunches are often chicken and broccoli while dinner is usually tuna, rice and salad, a burrito or “whatever the kids have”.

Sarah is also dedicated to her fitness regimen and prefers running and the “odd boot camp” to keep her in top shape.

“For me, exercise has a purpose: to keep my mind and body strong. So I have to sweat,” she said.

“Don’t get me wrong, I hate every second of an uphill run or a set of burpees.

“The real high comes AFTER a workout when those feel like the feel-good hormones are pumping. Even a walk can clear the cobwebs,” she continued.
