A2Z Infra Engineering: Investor Ace Shankar Sharma sold 12,13,091 shares of the company through wholesale transactions on the National Stock Exchange at an average price of Rs 4.35 per share, according to National Stock Exchange data.

IRB Infra Developers: Credit rating agency Care Ratings on Thursday revised its rating on the company’s Rs 200 crore non-convertible debenture to “A” from “A +” while maintaining a stable outlook.
