SAN FRANCISCO (UKTN SF) – San Francisco Police are searching for a man suspected of stabbing another man in an unprovoked attack near UN Plaza last month.
Officers said the 31-year-old victim was with a friend and colleague for nearly 7 years.e and Market Streets on February 13 at approximately 1:15 p.m. He was then approached by the suspect, who stabbed him in the face.

The suspect then fled and was last seen eastbound on Market at around 6e Street.

Police said the victim suffered a tear in the face and was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect is described as a male between 30 and 40 years old, approximately 5’6 ”tall and of average height. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and black hat and holding a knife.
