“This is a bit of nonsense. This is nonsense,” Noah says. “We all know that Russia doesn’t care what Brittney Griner has done. This is the same country that breaks every human rights law on the planet, but they say, ‘Oh, that woman has a vape cartridge. She’s a real criminal!’ Get the fuck out of here, man. This is nonsense and we all know it.”
The point of the nonsense, Noah said, was to set up a prisoner swap — and the United States should be doing it.
“Looks like they’re winning,” Noah said. “But don’t forget: that person must now live in Russia. They will come there and say, ‘This whole country is a prison. I miss eating in Alcatraz. Nooooo!’”
