“When Shivam Dube Got Big”: Watch Rajasthan Royals All-Rounder’s Top Seven Sixes During Practice

Ahead of their 2021 Indian Premier League (IPL) UAE stage opener, Rajasthan Royals (RR) took to social media to share a video, where all-rounder Shivam Dube was seen hitting six all over the park during a workout. “When Dube became biiiiiiiiiiig, #HallaBol #RoyalsFamily #PBKSvRR @IamShivamDube,” Rajasthan Royals tweeted. RR will face PBKS on Tuesday night at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai.

Dube is an important part of the RR setup with its full capabilities and power play. He has scored 145 points in his six games this season, which is the third-highest total for RR in the 2021 IPL.

The 28-year-old was also part of the Indian setup of the T20Is when regular all-round fast bowler Hardik Pandya was injured. He played 13 T20Is for India in just four months (November 2019-February 2020).


The Rajasthan Royals, led by Sanju Samson, currently sit sixth in the points table with three wins and six points from their seven games this season. While the Punjab Kings led by KL Rahul are in seventh with the same points but a lower net run rate. The last time RR played against PBKS they finished on the losing side in pursuit of 222 runs where skipper Samson achieved an exceptional century.
